ANTERIOR – Two-Day International Hands-on Course

ANTERIOR – Two-Day International Hands-on Course

About the course

Natural anterior restorations are not created by chance. They are the result of understanding light, form, texture, and the subtle details that make every tooth unique.

This two-day international hands-on course is designed for dentists who want to move beyond individual techniques and understand the principles behind truly natural composite restorations.

Throughout the course, theory and practice are closely connected. Each clinical topic is introduced through real patient cases and linked to principles found in nature — our greatest teacher of beauty and harmony.

What makes this course different?

  • This course is not about learning another composite technique.
  • It is about learning how to observe. How to analyse.
  • How to understand form, light and natural anatomy.
  • How to simplify complex clinical situations.

And ultimately, how to make composite disappear.

Every lecture, every practical exercise and every clinical discussion follows one philosophy:

Nature teaches us. Clinical cases teach us how to apply it.

Programme

Clinical lectures presented through real patient cases.

Rather than focusing on isolated techniques, we will guide you through complete clinical decision-making based on our everyday practice.

Topics include:

  • Smile analysis and treatment planning
  • How to restore a fractured central incisor How to close a diastema naturally
  • How to transform a peg lateral
  • Minimally invasive treatment strategies Material selection based on different clinical situations
  • Shape, proportions and optical illusions Surface texture and light dynamics
  • Finishing and polishing for invisible restorations

Between clinical topics, we will explore fascinating analogies from nature that reveal why natural teeth look the way they do — and how these principles can be recreated with composite.

What you will learn

Hands-on Training

During two intensive days, every participant will complete four practical exercises, progressing from understanding fundamental tooth anatomy and volume to advanced anterior stratification.

The hands-on program includes:

  • Creating ideal tooth volume and primary anatomy - Understanding proportions, line angles, transition zones and the fundamentals of natural tooth morphology.
  • Diastema closure - Learning how to control emergence profile, proximal contours, symmetry and proportions for a natural result.
  • Advanced central incisor restoration inspired by a real clinical case - A complex layering exercise focused on dentin architecture, mamelons, translucency, opalescence and enamel — translating observations from a natural tooth into composite.
  • Finishing & polishing - Refining shape, secondary and tertiary anatomy, surface texture and gloss to make the restoration disappear.

Each exercise is carefully designed to build confidence step by step while refining both technical skills and artistic vision.
